The present invention relates to the use of human stem cells where donor and receptor represent the same person in order to build a whole tooth biological substitute regenerating fully or partially the biological substitute for implantation at the target site. The present invention improves through the tissue engineering and biofabrication methods using the synthetic or natural scaffold (bioscaffolds), which uses three-dimensional technologies (bioimpression) for the construction of macro and micro-geometry of the organ and decellularization of original structures (biological disposal teeth). The bioprocessing results in a combined, scaffold and cell, which promotes the biological substitute of the supporting tooth and bone.
